Our history

"Al Valentino" Restaurant is the synthesis of a long journey that began in 1976 with its founder Antonio Sinesi. An honorary Milanese, but native from Puglia - hence the decision to deed the local to the great Rodolfo Guglielmi, aka Valentino -, Sinesi has had a long career, studded with many experiences, also abroad, that led him to serve for prestigious Restaurants such as Savini, Peck and Ribot in Milano.

Elegant and sophisticated

"Al Valentino" can hold up to 120 guests. The environment is high-end and, thanks also to the large and bright chandeliers, reminiscent of certain sophisticated five-star hotel from the good old days. The layout of the tables is well-finished and airy, dressed with cutlery and tablecloths made with wonderful workmanship.

Specifically speaking of the gourmet experience, the strong points are the local cuisine, simple and genuine; the quality, that does not come at the expense of quantity, an almost paranoid attention to the Customer who is "spoiled" from the very first moment he enters the premises.
